Convenient Stay with Room for Improvement

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The hotel offered a clean, quiet room, but we faced some challenges with luggage carts during check-in. I enjoyed the nicely decorated lobby and found the bathroom lighting impressive. Future guests should try to arrive early for breakfast to avoid shortages.

Our stay was great. the bed was comfy and clean, the breakfast had yummy waffles, and we loved the wall-mounted shampoo and conditioner. I'd return for sure!

I was pleased with my Standard King Room Non-Smoking—super clean and well-decorated, making it feel like my own retreat. Plus, the location was fire! Just a hop to nearby eats like Ihop and Zaxby's, where I feasted on some finger-licking goodness!

Now, the breakfast? A little lackluster—no fresh fruit in sight, just a couple of sad options. And to top it off, they hit me with a $35 early check-in fee when I needed a quiet spot for a meeting, only to find the vacuum rolling through the lobby!

The room had a nice layout and provided ample space to relax. I particularly liked the accessibility features that made my time there convenient. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. However, the breakfast options could definitely be more varied, especially for seniors. A bit more variety in the food selection would go a long way. Getting in and out of the hotel required a U-turn due to the road layout, which could be challenging for some. Overall, my stay was enjoyable despite a few minor inconveniences.

I really enjoyed my 4 nights here! The staff were super nice and the place was clean. Breakfast was basic but good enough to kickstart the day. It's in a sweet spot for shopping and restaurants. Just wish the wifi was a bit quicker, though. Overall, a pleasant experience!
